Keeping Calm

It’s not hard to notice that absolutely everyone seems to be writing about leadership in these challenging times. How do you take an approach that makes sense? The most important article I saw this week is this one. It was sent to me by one of my younger sisters - and it had a pretty profound impact on my thinking. I think it pretty much summed up my situation and reaction through March - seeking some semblance of normalcy, I was rushing about, filming things, writing things, trying to cling to my old life. But that life won’t be back for some time. Calming down is the most important thing to do right now! Adjust to the new pace, seek balance, find a new normal. With that in mind, I avoided the home broadcast studio for 3 days. And then finally today, I decided to finally film this. Calm down!
