Partner Up

Here’s #4 - Partner Up! As I wrote back in January: “If you could do it alone, you would have already achieved what you needed to achieve! That’s leadership strategy #4 in my series of how to deal with the speed of change today!” That issue has become even more important today - change is occurring at hyper speed, the demand for innovative thinking has accelerated, and the solutions for tomorrow’s world need to be implemented yesterday. Think about retail or distance education - and how quickly they have had to change. The only way they could do it was with effective partners!
