Hit on the generational behavior. A decade later, the cash-free young adult is the norm, not the novelty — they live on tap-to-pay, on Venmo-style transfers, on cards and phones, and many of them genuinely never carry bills. The directional call — that the next generation would abandon physical money — was right on the money. (Pun fully intended.)
