The recurring pattern
Across the scorecards, many of the strongest calls came from identifying a structural curve early: cheaper computing, richer data, connected devices, electrification, automation, genomics and new forms of digital behavior.
The harder part was often not the direction of the technology. It was the friction around it: regulation, economics, institutional inertia, capital cycles, skills and ordinary human resistance to change.
